I have a snow cover one that goes directly over the car seat and not on the handle. So it gets in Peter's face all the time, plus our seat is missing the canopy to protect from the sun. Anyway... this is a simple step-by-step instructions on how to make it! I am so excited to try this and then make some for gifts!
